Honor Your Intuition and Reclaim Your Power.

The old paradigm of parenting isn't working.  Our kids are being left behind and ill-equipped to deal with the world we're leaving them.  Moms today are constantly juggling everyone else's schedules, work, and running the household with little to no time left for themselves.

The pressure of raising a family, tending to work obligations, and tackling household chores is becoming increasingly burdensome for mothers. It has been found that 70% of moms experience constant stress because of the many tasks they have to take on and their difficulties in balancing it all.

But it doesn't have to be this way.

We can show up differently for our kids and for ourselves. This is why self-care is essential for moms; taking time out for themselves and their mental well-being will make them much better equipped to be dedicated and devoted to the people around them.

I'm ready to Redefine the Paradigm of Parenting!

As a society, we put a lot of pressure on mothers to be perfect.

We expect them to be selfless, always putting their children's needs first. But the truth is that motherhood is hard, and moms need to take care of themselves, too. That's why the term "warrior mama" is so powerful.

It acknowledges that:

  • Moms are fighting a constant battle to keep their families happy and healthy.
  • It gives them permission to put their own needs first.
  • Being a warrior mama doesn't mean being perfect; it means being strong enough to admit when you need help, and brave enough to ask for it.
  • It means recognizing your own intrinsic superpowers and using them to create the kind of environment you want for your family.

So if you're a mother who feels like you're struggling to do it all, know that you're not alone. And remember: you are a warrior mama.

Hi, I'm Tiffany!

I know busy, and chaos, and this parenting stuff is no joke. But one thing I’ve found is that when I started bringing my entire family into my healing journey the game changed.
We became more self-aware, accountable, and united and found our unique place as valuable teammates in this circus we call home.

I have 4 children Reighya (7yrs), Xavier (5yrs), and twin girls Thalia and Lyra (2yr). My husband Adam and I have been married for 9years and we just became legal guardians to my sister-in-law Stacie (38yrs), who is diagnosed with Cornelia De Lange Syndrome.

Through my parenting journey and beginning to unite my intuition while bringing in natural health principles, and looking at my foundations, I figured out a beautiful recipe that's easy to apply and creates major shifts and now I'm ready to share it with you too.

Being a mom is a full-time job.

We are constantly giving of ourselves, often at the expense of our own wellbeing. But if we don't take care of ourselves, we can't take care of our families. We need to recharge our batteries so that we can show up as the best versions of ourselves.

That's why it's so important for moms to take the time to love themselves and put their healing first. When we take care of ourselves, we are better able to take care of the people we love. We need to nurture our own bodies, minds, and spirits so that we can be agents of healing in the world. Only then can we be the moms we want to be by:

Owning the Mother's Intuition.

Life is busy, learn how to tune all the external noise, judgments, and projections out of your field and really listen to what your intuition is trying to tell you. I'm going to give you these tips and tricks to do this.

Building Healthy Habits.

Take time to let it all go, and just be in the present moment and focus on your breath, journaling, or another self-care habit you enjoy doing. This is the key that's going to allow those quantum shifts that skyrocket you forward into that stress-free life you desire.

Establishing Boundaries.

Learning how to hold space for yourself and establish healthy boundaries with others. We'll discover how to parent with grace, even if that means mini meltdowns for the first week of making changes in your household, and I'll show you how to handle that with ease.

I'll admit it, I had unrealistic expectations for motherhood.

I envisioned myself as the perfect mom, always putting my kids first and making sure they had the best of everything. But that's not necessarily how things turned out.

Life with kids is messy and chaotic and often feels like you're just trying to survive from one day to the next.

There's no such thing as a perfect mom, because motherhood is imperfect. And that's okay. Embrace the messiness and know that you're doing an amazing job, even if you don't always feel like it.

xoxo, Tiffany
